At Jackson’s California Lake restaurant we produce high quality modern British cuisine using only the best and locally sourced ingredients.

We pride our self in only using food that is cooked from fresh on the premises, from a beautiful bread basket with 4 varieties of homemade bread to all our ice creams and petit fours.

Head Chef Tom Jackson has a real passion for food, the composition of flavours that combine to produce a culinary taste experience. The whole team work tirelessly to produce that perfect end product.

The evening restaurant menu is changed, seasonally, 4 times a year, with even fruits, herbs, berries and mushrooms sometimes foraged from California country park itself.

Maître de, Alicya Miles-Brar, brings a very warm and friendly environment to the restaurant. She has a great palate and a real passion for food also, her knowledge of wine and food pairing is a real asset to the team and enhances the experience for the customer.
